We meet once a month we meet to encourage one another, pray for our community, and discuss upcoming events and ministry opportunities.  

Our annual Baccalaureate Service is held at the Ord High School in May.  The pastor with a graduating senior in their congregation brings a lesson.

The National Day of Prayer is held each year at the courthouse.  This time is an open and guided time of prayer open to anyone to lift up local, state, and national government leaders.

The Non-Resident Assistance Program is designed to help people in need traveling through Valley County.  If a person traveling through comes to your church the minister can give them a voucher for fuel, food, and/or hotel accommodations.  All vouchers must be approved at the Ord Police Station before they can be redeemed.

The “Spiritual Corner” of the Ord Quiz Newspaper gives area pastors the opportunity to proclaim God’s love to Valley County residents.  Each pastor is assigned a month during the year to write weekly articles.

 

The “Valley County Health System” has invited us to participate in providing spiritual care to those admitted to the care as volunteer chaplains.

Special Events vary in format and appeal.  We are continually looking into and evaluating opportunities that may provide a time of encouragement, education, or fellowship for the body of believers in Valley County.
